Nearby activities: Walgreens Walkability: Everything is in walking distance with sidewalks. Food & drinks: You have jack in the box, waffle house, taco bell, subway, lil Caesars, Hardee's, Cinco de mayo and Micky D's.

Look everyone, everyone has different experiences. If you come off the street with the attitude you can spec them to be nice when you come in acting ghetto or from the hood tacky and anything you cant expect them to give you the best Customer Service you have to come in wanting someone that treats you the way you want to treat them understand my problem From Ive been here not over six months and trust me the manager is the type of person that will help you and needs hard times but just be honest with her and tell her the truth, and she can work with you, but you lie to her and steal from her. You cant expect a person to help me because I would help. So I say this I gave Rudy Studios 4 1/2 stars Walkability: All these restaurants, and even the major hospitals right across the street, all of his walking distance Food & drinks: Its all kinds of restaurants pizza hamburgers, Chinese food, McDonalds Whataburgers, got golden corral, IHOP, waffle House, Taco Bell, Hardees

This place does not have good customer service. I called to find out the rates and they hung up on me without telling me the rates. I would not recommend this place. I even tried to call back and they flat out ignored my phone calls.

Sits back off the main roads, atmosphere calm and quiet. A few choices of foods nearby. Laundry on-site, parking front and back.

Disappointing Experience at Rudy Studios I recently stayed at Rudy Studios and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The manager's behavior was disappointing as she kept my $200 deposit when I checked out one day earlier at midnight. Despite having access to the room for cleaning purposes, I was questioned about not notifying them. Additionally, the rooms had cockroach issues, and maintenance would unexpectedly knock on your door in the morning to spray chemicals without any prior notice. The building itself seemed to have water damage, resulting in disruptive noises that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The overall stay was marred by these issues, and I hope future guests have a more pleasant experience. There is no phone number the owner or Any other manager to complain to..!!!!!
