Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

You have to be there before 9 or 10 (can't remember) because there is no attendant on duty after hours. Eventually we got a hold of someone and they have us a code to access our room key. Got to the room and there were bugs in there! We're not easily scared but I can see how someone would run out screaming

Small stinky room. Dated and dirty. They never come an clean the rooms. (At least not during a stay) Advertise laundry but all machines are broke. It's the only choice that's affordable for long-staying in the area though, so hey you do what you gotta do. It does have a fridge and two stove burners which saves a ton not having to eat out. Says there are dishes but there is not (which is fine just be prepared) The crazy part is the lady at the front tried to tell me they charge 550 a week to stay there. But it cost two hundred less online. It'll do in a pinch and if you need to save money but its not a "nice" place.

This was the worst 2-star hotel my partner and I had ever stayed in. We understand the risk of purchasing cheaper hotel rooms as we have done it many times before but we have never had such a terrible experience. The whole hotel smelled horrible and the halls were not clean. It also felt extremely unsafe as the door lock were not strong. I got nervous every time we went out and left our belongings in the room. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms. People were also loud and rowdy. The room was poorly cleaned, with stains on the furniture. There was also mold on the ceiling. The bed sheets were made poorly and stained. The bed frame was also falling out from the bottom. The heater was falling off the wall and gave off a foul smell when turned on. Overall, a nightmare and we will never go back to this hotel or anything similar to it. The only pleasant aspect of the hotel was the ladies at the check-in desk, as they were very polite.

Hotel smelled awful. Not near as nice as all other extended hotels. Front desk personnel was nice and helpful but it closes at 9pm. Would not recommend
