WoodSpring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

Easy place for travelers. not expensive and rooms look nicer than most places like motel 6 or super 8 . Manager was working on short staff so extra work for her and all the while super nice and professional had things ready to go for me to check in.

I made my reservation and pay and when I got there they were having issues with the system the manager was not helpful neither were the front desk people, they didn't know what they were doing wanted me to pay again. At the end I had to go to a different hotel.

I arrived after hours at 7pm with a reservation. Front desk was closed so I used the phone on the wall to call for after hour check ins. I called four times while being on the line for about 2-3 minutes each call and no one picked up. Couldnt check in and no one there to help. Lost $100 reservation because no one was picking up the after hours check in. Had to walk over to the Super 8 next door and thankfully they had rooms available and I booked one with them on the spot. I DONT recommended this WoodSpring Suites hotel.
