        Horrible Service! Showed at Bank at 1158 am which the hours just changed on Saturdays from 1pm to 12pm. One of the Branch members happily told me they are closed and I couldn't not access my Safe deposit box. They don't care how important the situation is. .They just lost me! I have been a member for 24 yrs! Truist is bogus!! Terrible financial institution! Very disappointed

        Very slow service. The manager purposely miscommunicated bank policies/procedures to entice us to bank with Suntrust. He also did not communicate important information regarding a potential loan. I do not trust the manager at this location.

        Every time I have to come to this location I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Ive been sitting behind one car for 20+ minutes. There is a long line behind me so unfortunately Im stuck. This location is most convenient for me due to the limited amount of locations. I hope Truist runs local branches better, but Ive been super unimpressed with them so far.
