Extremely clean, which is the main thing I care about in lodging of this type. It's a couple blocks off the main strip, so it's a bit less hectic than the other motels in the area. I think the walls between rooms/to the parking lot are a bit thin, but I sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me. The man who checked me in was so kind and helpfully gave me many dinner recommendations. Although I didn't use them, I appreciated that there was a mini fridge AND microwave in the room. Overall, I thought it was a great option for Gatlinburg.

Very clean and cozy! Check in was easy and they were very friendly. Great location and walking distance to the village and parkway. We enjoyed the sitting area by the small creek! Love that they have a screen door on every room, so you can hear the creek and get fresh air.

Went to Gatlinburg with my S/O for a couple days and after researching a bit we landed here, and we're so glad we did. The only thing we really care about is cleanliness, which this place thankfully was. We were in room 15, which is a "Superior Single Queen" style room. Pros: - Motel room was clean! No bugs, no stains, nothing felt "dirty." There was some dust under the bedframe and a single plastic wrapper from the mints they provide, but that's it. - The room had a cozy, rustic feel to it. Wooden floors (no carpet, thankfully), wooden walls, wooden ceiling. Bedspread was like a quilt you'd find at your grandmother's house with wall decor to match. - Nice seating area outside by the creek as well as a few rocking chairs on the stone porch in front of the room. - Pretty well quiet throughout our stay. - Staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. - Motel was close enough to walk, but far enough away not to be bothered by traffic, lights, noise, etc. - Bed and pillows were very comfy. Cons/Possible negatives (these are more like nit-picks and didn't really bother us at all): - Room was pretty small, if you're a family looking to book here, go with a suite. You aren't fitting more than 2 people in the Single Queen rooms. - No breakfast servered, just some coffee in the office. - Parking is pretty tight, the spaces are big enough, but if there is a big truck parked in spot 19 it's a tight squeeze to get out. Overall this place was great! It doesn't provide a whole lot of "extra" stuff, but it's nice, it's clean, and it's very affordable. We would gladly recommend this place to anyone and will likely stay here again next time we are in Gatlinburg. (Photos were taken after stay, forgot to take them before)

We stayed here this weekend and loved it. The rooms are set up as a cabin as well as all the amenities are set up the same including bedding and rockers on the front porch. Of course still being winter technically the pool wasn't open. They do have a ice machine and staff are very friendly. The strip and everything you would want to do in downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance and we didn't get back in the car until coming home. they don't offer breakfast but for us we don't do breakfast much so not a issue, and we arrived a couple of hours early and they let us park there until check in so we could take our daughter to the aquarium and walk around. Only issue we had is they said that they had cribs and confirmed it during booking so we didn't bring one to find out that they don't have them. (Needless to say we had a crazy 15 month old in a big bed which was a experience in itself. Other than that that's the only issue we had and would do anything to stay here again and highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Rooms: Rooms are very home feeling and set up as a log cabin, has fold out table, microwave and small fridge. Has a nice ac/heat and plenty of plugs. Do have wifi and ice machine at office Nearby activities: All distilleries, shopping, restraunts, anakessta and trolly of down town Gatlinburg within minutes of walking. Walkability: All of downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance of 10-15 minutes. Food & drinks: Has vending machine fir drinks but doesn't offer food services. They do have a fridge and microwave. Noteworthy details: If you're bring babies or toddlers bring a pack in play or equivalent as the Motel said they don't have them after confirmation of them having one. No complaints, only want to save fellow traveling parents a possible set back. Wife said she saw where somewhere delivers them but it's $60+ for them.
