    All around 5 stars for the Days Inn. We arrived in Gatlinburg around 4 in the morning with intentions of staying elsewhere but their office personal was nowhere to be found, after an hour of scrambling around to find another hotel we met Rayanna, she was beyond helpful and kind. She immediately got us a room and made sure we had everything we needed! Hospitality like this doesnt come along often and we are so grateful. This girl deserves a 12/10!

    Nice rooms perfect location but bathroom is kinda small and not a lot for breakfast but there are breakfast place around the motel to eat change sheet and comforter while we where there good for about 4 people to stay in

    Excellent location. Rooms were clean but a little old. The breakfast was just a continental breakfast. Nearby activities: A lot of activities within walking distance. Ripley's, fun houses, aquarium, museums, several places to taste whiskey, moonshine, wine and cider. A lot of places to shop too.

    Usually I dont leave reviews unless things are really good. I would like to preface this by saying the location is the number 1 reason we stayed. The location is great! Right on the parkway and we walked to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel could use a huge upgrade. Its obviously one of the older hotels but there are simple things that could be upgraded to make it more comfortable. The beds were not the best, there was no closet or drawers in our room for clothes. The only drawer we had was missing a handle and could not be opened. The water pressure in the shower was barely enough the rinse your hair with. Although the location is great it does come with some added surrounding noises during the night. Our biggest complaint was that our trip was for Spring Break and we had our kids with us so we were very excited when we saw online they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Considering it was Spring we were planning to use the indoor pool. When we arrived at the hotel both of the pools were completely empty. This was not advertised at all. We had to find out for ourselves when we arrived. So that was a bit disappointing.
