Sorry we failed to meet your expectations and we are sorry you did not think our newly renovations rooms. The furniture is new, A/C units, carpet and tile, TVs and bathroom mirrors and vanities. Sorry if you found them to be outdated. We do not sell a view or advertise a view since we are aware we are surrounded by tall buildings being right on the Parkway. We only advertise being walking distance to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer for this reason. Please let us know what accommodations could improve our business. We do not offer breakfast currently on property because our guests are able to get a 10% discount for breakfast, lunch and dinner directly next door with proof of being a Reagan Inn guest. We are aware the parking is tight being right on the Parkway all parking lots are quite small. That is why we only allow one parking pass per reservation and this is why we also buy extra parking passes out of pocket for our guests at the parking garage directly across the street. The front desk area you mentioned is a temporary setup as we finish renovating the actual office building. Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us and we hope your next visit to Gatlinburg is more pleasing. Safe Travels!

We apologize for any issues you may have encountered due to renovations but we have listed it on all third party sites and it is listed that we do not have breakfast as well. Expedia is how you booked and I personally doubled checked there site to make sure everything was listed. I am sorry if you found any of this confusing.
