        Noteworthy details: Older but clean and great value for the price. We have stayed in many different types of rooms and have been pleased every time. If you have any issues, staff fixes them quickly.

        Nice room, clean and neat . Nearby activities: Close to the Trout House for a fish dinner. Walkability: Came on Easter Weekend, with large crowds. I suggest parking at the hotel and walking to all the activities or take the local shuttle bus.

        Not an ideal place. Hotel is very old and pricey. There is no elevator, you have to walk through the ramp to get to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. Although it says free breakfast, but there is none. Only coffee with some pastries and coffee pot is often empty.

      We are sorry to hear that your stay was not the best, we are renovating the property and for this reason the elevator is not working, and for this reason the breakfast room is closed as it is on the 4th floor and we do not want to make you climb all the ramps to get breakfast. We are providing pastries and coffee from 7 am to 10 am. This will be taken care of as of Friday, April 19, I hope you will give us another opportunity when you return to Gatlingburg.
