      image I bought two items online earlier this week and they were too big. Neither had been used. I tried to exchange/return and I was told no. I had my order number. They said I have to return it online. Im confused on why I cant return something that I bought from STAPLES to a STAPLES location. Both idiots up front were absolutely no help and quick to dismiss a customer that spends hundreds a month ordering supplies. I wont be purchasing ANYTHING else from here.

      image I changed printers and had formerly bought ink cartridges that I could no longer use. Manager was happy to give me credit for old ink toward the purchase of ink for my new printer.
