Multiple bad experiences with poor communication. Each time I need help, no one seems to know what is going on where my car is. The people are nice enough, it is just disorganized. EDIT: These people are crooks. Went in for a duplicate key and the car has been there 4 weeks and they claim it will be over $3,000 in "other" fixes I never approved. They wont give me my car back. It's a massive mess.

UPDATE 7/18/22: They're still passing on the 3% processing fee but at least they're warning you instead of making it a surprise. Still no way to avoid it other than paying with debit card. I already thought it was going to be a warranty service, so also having to pay the processing fee just added insult to injury. I still recommend going to Volkswagen of North Nashville, where I'll be going now that my service is no longer covered under warranty. WARNING: Service department is now trying to pass off a 3% credit card processing fee onto customers with a "surcharge" prompt on the credit card machine. This is not included on the invoice or mentioned prior to being prompted to accept it as you're running your card. Also, invoice came out $100 higher for replacement tires even though I had a quote already from their own website when I scheduled the appointment. Their service dept staff and techs are top notch: friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile, but management is making sketchy and dishonest decisions. The North Nashville dealership is in the same family so until they get their act together I'll be getting my service in Murfreesboro.
