    Hands down Ray is the best salesman around! I was interested in a car that was the lot in Atlanta. He had the car delivered on a Sunday and we closed the deal AFTER I talked myself out of buying twice! Never once did I feel pressured into buying anything. If you are looking to purchasea vehicle go visit Nashville Luxury Motors before you jump the gun and go anywhere else....I promise the experience is well worth the drive! A huge THANK YOU RAY!

    UPDATED MESSAGE (AFTER I purchased the car): My salesperson, Ray Ellis, is a ghost. After purchasing the car and driving it for 30 days, I decided to take it back for a detailing (they did not sell it to me clean). As soon as I walked in he said, "You know they told me to come and get your car, right?" No...I did not! I was PETRIFIED because I purchased the vehicle for a new job! In spite of anything I said or offered to do, I ended up having to give him the keys, and having to have my husband drive 30 miles to pick me up, and leave them with the vehicle. The bank asked for more documentation. I ended up having to start a new deal. The requests for more documentation has been never-ending. Here we are 43 days after purchase date, and they are STILL not finished resolving the issues, and I still don't have my down payment (which I have requested SEVERAL times), or a vehicle to show for it. I have not been able to say a WORD to Ray Ellis in three weeks. He no longer answers his phone. I sent him a text two weeks ago, and he replied "WHO THIS?" When I told him my name, he never responded, and has not since. That seems to be a common reaction with the other people working for this dealership, and it's mother dealership Automax Atlanta. Yes, they are out of Georgia. Over the weekend, my husband and I decided to go BACK to Nashville Luxury Motors (another 30 mile drive) to find out what in God's name is going on. The lot was completely empty and the doors were closed and there was not a soul there (insert four RED angry emojis). I was not able to get anyone on the phone for two days. Finally, I received a call about tags and me meeting THEM halfway in Chattanooga to get the car back. Words cannot express all that I have been through that I haven't even mentioned, but I am appalled at the way the entire thing was handled, and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Original Message (posted the day after the purchase) "My salesperson, Mr Ray Ellis, is top-notch! Great customer service, friendly, professional, and dedicated. I was not able to get the vehicle I wanted on the first trip because I didn't have the down payment. But, when I got close to my goal, I asked if he could work with me. He was able to seal the deal that day! I'm very happy with the price, and I love my new SUV! Thanks, Ray!" FINAL NOTE: Ray Ellis treated me well when he wanted to SELL the car, but once he thought he had his money, I went from being treated like a customer to being treated like a bill collector.
