I opened an account via the app and ended up not using it. So I stopped by to delete it. No big deal right? Wanessa Alan did so much more for me than that! I walked out of there with knowledge about my finances and credit score I didn't even know I needed. My score is on the rise, I have more available credit than I'll ever need, and I'm even saving money on my car insurance. She actually cares about people's finances and genuinely wants to help.

Brand new wonderful team. New manager - Mark - is amazing. This guy makes my day every time I walk in to take care of my business and my banker - Wanessa - is simply extraordinary, she provides the top level of customer service, great advices and support every single time. This is for sure is the best Branch in Tennessee!!!

Great Bank in general, we have been customers for many years but today for the first time we've been genuinely impressed by the banker - Wanessa - who helped us. It is a rare thing to discover a banker who genuinely cares about people. Wanessa showed us kindness, respect, knowledge, and patience. We had several issues that needed to be fixed and she professionally took care of everything. We wanted to thank you for taking such a great care of us!
