We've had a great experience Banking with First Citizens Bank. We've set up multiple business accounts and each time Heidi Phillips has been extremely helpful making the process as easy as possible. Additionally, we bank with several different banks and rely heavily on the online banking features. First Citizens has one of the easiest platforms to navigate. Bill pay, mobile deposits and money transfers are some of the features we use the most.
