We gave Monty a short notice phone call asking to show us some homes as an after thought to the end of our vacation. He made the effort to show us homes on a sunday afternoon found 4 homes for us to look at but we only need 1 he nailed the perfect house for us on the first try. He made the home buying process seemless and painless. Gave us recommendations for bank to finance the loan, ended up with the lowest rate available. He even went as far as to give us trusted contractors in the area to paint the interior and put in new floors. I know I will be giving monty my business when its time to sell as well.

Monty was great, he answered all e mails for us, (even on the weekends).
He was always to give us an answer to our questions, or point us to the person when he didnt have the answer.
