I was looking for a rental on relatively short notice and Beverley was able to help me with showings. We were able to get a rental with her painlessly and quickly. My only complaint was she can take awhile to reach back to you, otherwise my experience with her and Keller Williams was great.

Bottom Line Upfront, I am a first time home buyer. God could not have sent a more, attentive, patient, caring agent to walk me through every detail of this process than Mr. Lamar Clift.
Mr. Clift worked with l me for a few months before I asked him how I could have him as my agent. He replied I let people decide if I am the agent for them. Everyone is not a good fit.
Mr. Clift adjusted to all the changes I made in deciding upon what I wanted and what I finally decided on. His goal is to make sure you end up in the home you love. We went into several homes and he picked up on my energy in each. Making suggestions based on what he observed and asking about my reaction to each viewed home. He remembered details I said I loved about homes I viewed to assist with showings.
Mr. Clift was extremely knowledgeable about the market, home design and build, and what quality home looks and feels like. He was not interested in selling a home he thought was a lemon. His occupation is to sell homes; however, his passion is to give you your dream home. His endstate is matching you with your forever home and ensuring it is worth ever dollar you spend.
I could probably write a novel on the quality agent Mr. Clift is. I wont because I will probably run out of characters. I will say Mr. Clift is the agent you want to walk you through the journey of home buying.
