Steve was friendly and professional through the entire experience. He was very prompt with communication and smart when it came to finding the right property. His expertise and willingness to negotiate allowed me to maximize the benefits that were available to me. I even ended up with a few upgrades that I hadnt thought to ask for. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a home. Outstanding work.

Steve was no less than the best! We were in a bind due to our apartments being sold and as soon as we contacted him he hit the ground running. He didn't just sell us a house; he sold us a home. He was honest when asking questions and gave his opinions where he could.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS BROKERAGE. !!!! WARNING !!!! Where to even begin with how disheartening my situation is after choosing this person to help me find my first home. I was surly taken advantage of to fill the pockets of those that benefited from this deal of the sale. I moved to Clarksville from Texas sight unseen and put the trust and faith in Steve to have the best interest of me as his client. I specifically told them I wanted to move where there was peace and quiet and in a nice neighborhood along having nothing that backs up to my house. From the day I moved in to this house from the recommendations of the cleaning crew they had me call and how awful of a job it was to then find out THREE WEEKS into owning this home that my house will be right behind a MASSIVE 49.5 million dollar Connector highway that will be inches away from my fence line. I thought to myself hmmm maybe it just didnt cross their minds and forgot to tell me that a major road that also benefits their surrounding brokerage office just didnt need to be mentioned to me. I never thought one of the biggest decisions of my life of purchasing a house would turn into a nightmare and have a negative impact in my life. Every morning at 7:30 am big machinery wakes us up and also throughout the whole day interfering with my work meetings as I work from home. These people did not have the best interest of me and failed to disclose one of the biggest construction plans going right into my back yard. My animals terrified of this machinery all through the day and this is only the beginning of what we are going to have to deal with. Ive spoken to people in restaurants and locals around the area to also ask a non bias answer for them to also tell me how do people not know about a major expansion plan that will help cut traffic from the main road in town to the other side of town?? Do not trust this brokerage in doing whats right for your best interest. A home is where you should be at peace and enjoy but that is not what Steve Nash sold me. That is all I have to say !!!! Thank you for putting me and my life in a terrible situation.

Steve Nash is more than just a realtor; he is a true professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. As a listing agent for the home we purchased over a year ago, Steve demonstrated his commitment to excellence by taking the time to assist us with our inquiries, even though he was not our realtor. From the moment we called him seeking information from the original listing of our home, Steve provided invaluable support. Not only did he patiently address all of our questions, but he also proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His dedication and willingness to lend a hand, even when he had no obligation to do so, left a lasting impression on us. If you're in the market for a trustworthy real estate agent in Clarksville, TN, we highly recommend Steve Nash. His exceptional professionalism and commitment to helping people are unmatched.

Samantha, I have to admit I was caught off guard seeing this. Throughout this entire process, to this moment, I have always been a call or text away, helping you with anything you asked. I am saddened to hear how this situation has affected you and terrified your animals. This experience was a tough one due to the personal circumstances of the sellers and their failure to disclose or do several things. You and I both know communication from them to their agent was sparse at best. However between you and I it was not the case. As each obstacle arose I stepped in to help and correct it, even after the closing. As you recall just prior to closing the sellers removed kitchen hardware and items such as both thermostats from the property. I was more than happy to be able to get those items remedied for you. When other things were not done by the seller or not done to your standard you asked what your options were. You reiterated under no circumstances did you want to delay the closing and wanted to move forward. That was weeks ago and we have spoken and texted many times since then with questions you had. Last we spoke, A few days ago, you called and were upset at the sellers because according to a neighbor, the sellers had been given notice in the past that not only would construction be happening but that it would directly affect their property and fenceline. And because they failed to disclose this on the property condition disclosure or elsewhere you would be getting a lawyer involved. Then tonight I saw this. For you to now imply you were taken advantage of or that I failed to disclose or misled you in any way is not only incorrect but very disheartening. It would be near impossible for someone to know every proposed, approved or future timelines of construction projects in an area. When you first called one evening, you specifically had this particular property you wanted to put an offer in on. If you recall you wanted that offer to be prepared immediately. I said, I would not feel comfortable writing up a property that myself or one of my agents had not personally walked and made a video for you to view prior to preparing an offer. Those are not the actions of an agent trying to line their pockets. Those are the actions of an agent looking out for their client and that's exactly what I did. I sympathise with your situation and am here if I can help in any way.
