This team has their own ‘definitions’ for what is right and wrong to suit their own needs. If partnering with them, make sure your needs match theirs. Beware otherwise…ethics are loosely defined…✌️

My husband and I had a year lease with this company. We signed our lease online after seeing the pictures provided on realtor.com. Upon arrival at our rental home, we realized the pictures were completely different than the actual property. The walls were COVERED in mismatch paint splotches, some a foot across or bigger, where they patched the paint after the last tenants and couldn't be bothered to use the right shade. The landlord refused to fix these so we had to cover them as best as we could with decor. We were told upon move in that the dishwasher was broken and would be fixed, and then told at a later date that they would not be fixing it after all (a year there and we never had a functioning dishwasher). Neither the front or back door had any kind of weather strip, you could literally see outside from under the doors. We requested this be fixed and it never was, allowing bugs in and a/c out. The problems were pretty much endless. Then, upon move out they kept 75% or more of our deposit and scammed us out of money for a toilet seat that cracked to absolutely no fault of our own (literally sat down on the toilet and it cracked) and a screen door window screen that was broken on and off throughout our lease. They came out and fixed the screen at one point because it came loose with wind, and it broke again shortly after. They also kept a $180 "non refundable fee" from our deposit ON TOP of a "cleaning fee". I confronted the company about our issue with being charged for damages that occurred through wear and tear and got a petulant response initially and then ignored after that. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company if looking to lease or buy a home.
