My Husband and I have had a productive and fulfilling experience with Catherine Webb in our relocation to Tennessee! Finding a forever home that meets our specific needs was quite a journey, but it's wonderful that Catherine was able to guide us through the process and help us to find a place where we envisioned starting our next chapter. Having a knowledgeable and responsive real estate agent like Catherine made all the difference, especially when it came to the paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition. It's fantastic that she's been able to address all of our queries and make the process relatively easy. We will be closing escrow on our new home in early January and there could not be any better way to Kick of the New Year! J. Mcknight

Catherine Webb was our real estate agent for selling our house. Her representation was stressful and unbelievably scary. She is very forgetful. She does not read contracts so even though she says shes been doing this for over 10 years she doesnt know the rules of the home buying transaction. She also prioritizes responding to messages as quickly as possible whether or not she knows the right answer. There were multiple instances were she would give me an answer that was questionable so I would have to go and read the contract myself or Google for the answer and she would be wrong. For instance, after the inspection is done, the buyer has to submit a list of repairs they would like done. When the seller receives the list, they have 7 days to negotiate the list. Well Catherine did not know this even though shes been an agent for over 10 years and told me I only had one day to decide what I wanted to do. Fortunately I did not trust her, did my research and found that she was wrong. Her excuse was that this is her first time selling a home in Tennessee so things are done a little differently than California. You would think that a person would read the contract if this was there first time selling in a different state. It was extremely difficult to trust her. I regret choosing her as my agent. I fell for her God chose to me to be an agent spiel and the attractive 5% commission she offered so I gave her a chance but that 1% wasnt worth the headache. Also her marketing sucks. Her description of our house was full of misspelled words, grammar errors and she has no notion of how to descriptively make a house sound desirable. I will say she is a nice lady but she is a horrible agent.

Buyer beware! This is not an upstanding company you want to do business with. Do not go into contracts with this company. Their business practices are very unethical and predatory. I will not ever be using this company again. Youve been warned.
