Suburban Propane

After the tornado hit, those fortunate enough to still have a home, were left without power. I immediately regretted not listening to Mike when he stopped by 3 weeks earlier asking if I needed a fill. My tank was at 30%, the temperature was dropping into the 20s at night, and I needed to keep my family warm. I made a call on Monday morning and by that afternoon, who else would show up at my door? Yup! Mike! He filled my tank and was able to give me a little piece of mind amidst the chaos. Also, Mike has been servicing my house since 2016. I hope you know how good of a employee and a man that he is. Thank you again SP. You saved the day!

This company never return your call. They never return your email. Poor customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I keep receiving email past due notices for service I was never informed of or actually received. We are supposed to receive email statements and invoices yet never do receive them. It appears they may bill us for drive by's yet never provide a invoice. Yet they email us with late charges. We called more than once about the problem with no resolution.

I don’t recommend. Charge different rates to different people. They told us one thing then did another. Fills up your tank without warning then you have to pay high price. They stated we would be locked in at a rate then changed their mind. Never schedules a time to fill up or pick the tank they just show up months later, in your back yard. We lock the gate so now they can’t just show up in our back yard. They state they will give a week notice but just now I have a tech calling they will be at our house in 15 mins. This company is not reliable on what they say. We are returning the tank and getting another company that has been great for my parents and that services Clarksville area.

Called suburban about filling up my privately owned propane tank price was $3.03/gallon plus a $99 inspection fee. Called back the same day to have my mothers propane tank filled which is a rental through suburban Propane and was quoted a price of $4.74 per gallon. Same size tank same day. So if you rent a suburban propane tank they have the right to up charge you $1.71 per gallon as a loyal customer! WTH. 10/19/22
