Farmers Insurance - Kimeo Smith

Kimeo has been hands down the best insurance agent we have ever worked with. Weve been with Farmers for almost a decade and Kimeo has always made himself available to answer any questions and provide us with the information we needed to make an educated decision. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for insurance. Farmers, as an insurance company, has also been pleasant to work with when it came to submitting claims and having them promptly addressed. Thank you for everything you did for us Kimeo! God bless!

Kimeo initially was personable & responsive, but when it came down to actually performing his job and submitting appropriate documents on time, he was unable to complete what was needed. I attempted to resolve an issue with him for months, having to remind him several times what was needed (submitting documents, pictures, etc.) and most recently he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Thankfully, I was able to contact the corporate line and they helped me resolve this issue within 45 minutes! I have since switched agents; would not recommend Kimeo. Edit to add: I had called, text & emailed Kimeo Monday (no reply) and called again today & texted (no reply) but looks like he was prompt enough to response to a negative review in about an hour

Shout out to Farmers insurance here in Clarksville. Farmers was able to lower my house and auto insurance rates, and with more and better coverage than my current policies from USAA.
