        Farm Bureau claims Dept is awesome. Heather Lane was the absolute best to work with after my accident in Feb with another Farm Bureau client. She was very pleasant and efficient working with me and my bank to quickly (7 days) settle my claim. I was very impressed. So much so I now use Farm Bureau as my auto & renters provider. Kudos to Grant my new agent for making the insurance process Seamless. Way to go Farm Bureau.

        I went online to find a better price car and renter's insurance. Farm Bureau offered added coverages at a lower price. I went into the Hilldale office and Cole helped me change my insurance from one company to Farm Bureau. He was very nice and professional. I can't believe what I saved by switching!
