Im not sure if its just this company or allstate as a whole but I had insurance through them. After three months of having insurance they started questioning me about my previous insurance and demanding to send over documentation or they were going to cancel. Month goes by they cancel my insurance and we sent over the items they requested. Told we were going to be reinstated within 48 hours. Then they call back three weeks later to say that the items we sent over were insufficient. I will not beg to have a government mandated service from a private company and be told I need to jump for no reason. Very inconsiderate, very unprofessional and in a time where people are struggling they are just making it worse

We moved to Clarksville as Allstate customers. We were quickly set up with an agent who replaced our out of state coverage and even handled securing our policy cancellations and refunds!
