    Worst experience I have ever had with any company! My pulmonologist contacted them to furnish me with oxygen. Took almost a week to hear from them the first time. When I finally had a delivery set up they were supposed to call me 1 hour before arriving. I got a text from my wife Apria is here. I rush home and they have unloaded a stationary concentrator, portable concentrator, and a large emergency tank of oxygen. I only need the stationary at night, got ready to go to bed and the machine sounded like a jackhammer was working in my bedroom. Next morning take the portable with me, doesnt work AT ALL wont recognize me taking breaths. Call they say I will check on this and call you right back 5 hours later, no call. I call them back and they say driver will be there in 2 hours, I leave work early (again) to be sure to be there, 3 1/2 hours later they show up. Leaves different stationary machine, much quieter, different portable, actually seems to work. Go out and take portable, get home and have no way to charge it back up, took all accessories for both portables back with him. Get up next morning, go to turn stationary machine off, hose is laying in floor, plastic nipple fell off during the night. Shiny as glass, very easy to tell it had broken off and someone tried to super glue back on. Im done. Calling today and tell them to pick up their garbage and going somewhere else.
