I was hired as entry level administration because I have Quality Assurance experience. 4 months after being in this role I was told, “Because you are the newest on the team, you will be asked to become a Caregiver.” I was told the owner was putting his own money into payroll and needed to cut down the administration pay. As stated before I was hired for administration. They told me I could keep my pay, but I would go under another umbrella for insurance. I do not agree with the way things where made so sudden. I was told this on a Friday and the changes became effective the upcoming Monday. I have never been treated this way. I do not feel it was fair. I loved my role and what I did on the day to day basis. The communication is terrible, and some of the supervisors are not professional at all. This is just my experience with this company.

I worked for this company and I complained about a client multiple times to both my supervisor and hiring manager and asked to be removed from this client and they did nothing about it so I refused to go because they wouldn't switch me to someone else. I didn't feel comfortable with this client anymore and I got let go but they put that I quit. They messed up the whole payroll and made it to where we weren't getting paid. This job had been nothing but a pain and they should not be able to treat workers like this at all and something needs to be done about it. Who can I discuss this issue with and get something resolved?
