The best customer service I have experienced in years. Alicia at the Tiny Town location went above and beyond to correct the problems I was having with my phone. She also explained the process of resetting my network for similar future problems. Thank you Alicia!

I was helped quickly and efficiently. Customer service was top tier. I wish I could remember all three of their names, but one of the employees that stood out was Erica. While attempting to transfer my phone number from Spectrum, I was met with an extremely rude Spectrum representative. I have anxiety and hate confrontation, but Erica stood up for me and I was so grateful. Her and two other associates (I think the guy's name was Chris I don't remember the other girls name) worked with me through that frustrating phone call, and we're able to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Communication was also amazing. They took that complicated, anxiety-inducing situation and absolutely crushed it with incredible customer service. I don't know what they're being paid but they deserve a raise, or some incentive because they are impeccable.

Maxwell is AMAZING!! Definitely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in and out with a brand new iPhone 14. I had issues with the phone when I got home, due to me messing something up on my end. Went back up there and Maxwell got the issue resolved in no time!! I have to throw in there that Kris is also great as well! I definitely recommend asking for Maxwell or Kris!

This is a great store to go to they can help you with any questions you have they're very polite I've been to many other stores and this is one of the best ones I've ever had service in and help
