It took 2 weeks of me not being contacted about a rental I applied for before I decided to call Ashley Burns myself. She was condescending, unprofessional, and entirely unhelpful. I cannot express how unprofessional the entire experience was, beginning with a tour of the house by one of her brokers who knew no specific information about the house and gave us no clear direction of how to move forward with the process.

I read the message from the owner. Do not believe it . Try to make Contact with somebody from the office. There is no way to get through to the office unless you know the person you're looking. I spoke with the on call agent asking for Contact name and phone number for someone at the office. He was rude And condescending. If you want to sell your property do-it-yourself or find some other agency
