It's ALL very good if you use Robert Backer as your real estate agent!!!! :) He's Honest, Detailed, Professional, very Knowledgeable, and very good person to work with, in general. My wife and I used Robert to sell our 1st house AND purchase a new house a year later. If we ever decide to buy or sell in the area, Robert will be the one I use! I wish ALL sales people were like and as good as Robert and there'd be a lot less problems in this old world!

When my Mom's MOST AMAZING boyfriend: Rod Terry'd been aGREAT CHRISTIAN Realtor for y'all he & I'd been ABSOLUTELY : LOVING how we'd HONESTLY FELT Jesus'd HAD His GREAT : HAND's in BLESSING us to get ahold of me the VERY 1st corner on the right home STILL being built BRAND NEW home in Johnson Ranch on the 2900 block of Tilden Dr in Johnson Ranch on 6/14/94 & it's TOO BAD that the EXACT SAME xXxXx'd JUST US SHENANIGANS WIPED OUT ALL 3 of MY INVESTMENT properties w/getting ahold of a JUST US "CONSER- VATORSHIP BEFORE John E. Barrus'd been LAUGHING about how since he was gonna be GONE BEFORE I E V E R found out about their OBVIOUS PREMEDITATING AGAINST me by telling me that IF I'd get my BEAUTIFUL Paralegal: Ms. Varnelle Parker's adding a clause that FORBID ANY of MY 3 INVESTMENT properties at: 1. 2900 block of Tilden Dr in Roseville, CA 2. 1900 block of Parkwood Ct & 3. 500 block of Park Ave BOTH of those in Yuba City, CA from E V E R being LEGALLY PERMITTED to've E V E R been sold out from under me & then... THANKFULLY babies since there's ALREADY been EIGHT DIFFERENT men who've ALREADY taken the OATH of office as PRESIDENT's = EXACTLY WHY Jesus'll be able to FINALLY start getting ahold of ALL of the HALLELUJAH : AMEN's= GLORY in the end & AMEN!!!!!!!

Jan Lambert is so capable, calm and helpful. Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase right away, she continued to educate me in the last year, including an in-office tutorial on all the paperwork involved. SO grateful for that because buying property is intimidating. Knowing each step better made it seem more possible. Jan has also gone above and beyond, giving me advice on local networking opportunities (I'm new to Chattanooga). She gets it: when I feel more connected here, I'm more prepared to hit the "buy" button. Kind and knowledgeable, I'd suggest Jan to just about anyone trying to make heads or tails out of a fast-moving market...and maybe need a little hand-holding sometimes!
