Rock Point leased our property for 2 years while we were living abroad. We appreciated being able to see all the financials online, and they do a great job at securing amazing tenants. I have never had such a poor experience with a real estate group. I tried to contact them several times via email and phone and never heard back from them. I had other people contact them so we could try and get someone to contact us. No one ever responded. Even AFTER I filled out an application and paid the fee... still NEVER heard back from them. A big waste of time and money.
If you look below you can see the company's response to my review. I called multiple times, left multiple messages and hear no response. I was interested in other properties as well and wanted to discuss that with a relator... never heard back from anyone. Be aware, they make false accusations against anyone who comments negatively about them. Below you can see my most recent calls. The only number I left with rockpoint was my cell number. Please note the amount of times I called TWO of their numbers listed. Please note how there is not an incoming call from them nor do I have a voicemail left by anyone from the company.
In summary, I would not recommend this company because they are unreachable and bash anyone who leaves a negative comment. Please look at other negative comments to see similar responses.
I will admit that my initial email received a response three days after I first sent it. All I had to do was send another email and leave a negative review! : )
