They have the worst customer service and response team I’ve ever seen for a realty business. I will never recommend them. In fact I will warn against their unprofessional behavior when dealing with clients. ~You’re response to my review is par for the course with your company, rude. When I didn’t pass your application, I asked for a reason why. You never responded and when I called you had my number blocked. All I wanted was a reason there was no need to be unprofessional.

We had the pleasure of working with Rob to find our home. We are new to Chattanooga and Rob took the time to explain the in-and-outs of all of the neighborhoods with special attention paid to our particular likes/dislikes such as proximity to rock climbing (Rob was one of the major developers of climbing in the area). When it came time to choose a home, Rob gave great insights on construction quality (he was a general contractor), traffic and resale potential. After closing, the goodness didn't stop - Rob provided a wealth of info on contractors for our home improvement projects. Can't say enough good things about these folks!

I can’t recommend Rob Robinson, with Robinson Realty Group, enough for anyone that is in the Chattanooga area and looking to purchase a home! Rob puts in exceptional work to make sure his clients find the perfect home. Rob has YOUR best interests in mind, and no one else’s. Under no circumstance could I have done this without him every step of the way.

We listed our house with Susan and Rob Robinson, and we could not be happier with the service we received and the ultimate result. They went through our house and compiled a list of repairs that needed to be done prior to the house going on the market. We went through that list with Rob’s help, and when our house finally went live in MLS, we had 25 showings and three great offers in the first 48 hours. Their advice about how to get top dollar for our house was spot on, and I’m glad that we took advantage of their expertise. Our house set a new comparable level in the neighborhood due to their advice. Susan was a conscientious guide through the entire selling process, keeping us updated on all the showings and then the subsequent negotiations and procedures. We have used Robinson Realty twice now, both to buy and sell, and Susan Robinson is the only agent I will use in Chattanooga from now on because our experience has been so positive. Rob is dedicated to finding his clients purchase the house that is right for them. He is not a salesman just trying to sell you a home. He points out problems he sees when looking at homes and wants to ensure you don't purchase homes with major problems. He has a good eye for the type of home you are looking for and never pushes anything that doesn't meet your standards. He was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. The Robinson team has a solid understanding of real estate and how to play ball in a tough market. Even past the closing they follow up with their clients. Not sure you can find a better realty team around!
