Im honestly disappointed, I walk in with my almost 10 months SON and as I walked in I was given dirty looks and then asked immediately if I wanted to get him pierced and I said no he's a boy and was trying to tell him he's only 10 months and one of the workers interrupted me and said with an attitude that she pierced a boy. I'm like congratulations but my son is 10 MONTHS OLD!!!! I rather him tell me himself if he wants them pierced or not. So when he's older. Then proceeded to keep giving me dirty looks and attitude. I worked at Claire's for 2 years and very disappointed at how I was treated as a customer. Never shopping at this one for sure.

The girl working yesterday evening 3/28/24 (we went there at 6PM) was amazing! There was MULTIPLE rude customers while we were in the store and she was extremely patient and kind with each individual, my friend got her 3rd hole done by her and she did absolutely AMAZING!!

I loved my experience! I highly recommend this location for ear piercings. Very thorough and friendly. Shout out to Hale! They were wonderful and they are truly who made my experience so great. Give them a raise!

Melissa is great! She has done 5 ear piercings for my family and I over the last year. Shes knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! We highly recommend Melissa at Hamilton place Claires for your ear piercings.

Store 206 in Hamilton Place Chattanooga Tn. My 5 year old got her ears done by Melissa and Sadie. The were patient and kind. They kept my daughter calm. Melissa did my mom's and Sadie did mine. They are amazing.
