Very unpleasant experience. My excited daughter goes in to get her ears pierced only to NOT be greeted by a lady unlocking the door who seemed as if she did not want to be there and honestly hated her job. Despite the unwelcoming environment, I gave it a chance. I spent 10 mins filling out paperwork and the employee goes to pierce her ears and had never even spoke one word to my child. No hello, nothing. Of course my daughter was scared and uncomfortable (as was I) so we decided to not do the piercing. On top of this, the hours on their website are wrong so we had to wait until they opened later.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Posted store hours are 12-6 on Sunday. We came at 2:30 to find the store closed and a lady talked through the door that they were closed. Waste of time and a very disappointed little girl

Lots of hair accessories for little girls, which is nicer than using adult sized items to do their hair. I like this location better than an indoor mall one.
