    While several customers are standing in line...& the most important thing to them (GB) was "training" on one register. No one asked to take my items to prep them to cash me out or nothing. Very rude to keep your guests (3) waiting while you have 3 (maybe 4) other idle hands all gathered by the kiosk but NONE offered a polite word. I put my items back (yeah, we also noticed the side-eye from the one operating (term used loosely)) & left. While I'm not upset in a training process, I am upset that no one else offered to assist.... it's not K-mart, you're upscale.

    Tried to exchange a Christmas gift that was given to my mom. Not only were we not made aware we could not exchange after the 28 we were not in town to do so. Even though we were trying to exchange for the same item, that was still in stock in a different size, we were turned away. We have been customers since the store opened in 2000 but we will not be stepping foot back in this store after this interaction. Very disappointed and let down by how the store is now handling itself.

    Be warned of the very strict return policy. My mother got me a sweater for Christmas that we wanted to return and we were told we needed both tags on the item and the receipt or we would not be allowed to return it. After we said it was a gift and that we did not have a receipt we were informed we needed to have an account with them. Then, we were told that they no longer accept returns 7 days after the purchase date, which is confusing because the website said 10 days (this policy on their website seems to be talking about online purchases, but it is really not clear. Probably should consider posting all of their policies online). This is a pretty extreme policy considering that 1. the item is a gift and 2. it is the Christmas/holiday season. Disappointing as it is a brand new sweater in perfect condition, and no one was willing to help us or work with us over the phone.

    While shopping at Genevieve Bond the sales clerks were very sweet and helpful. I spent quite a bit of money on Christmas gifts there. My disappointment came when they would not let me exchange a necklace. My granddaughter got two of the same necklaces. Since she lives in Nashville, we were not able to exchange the necklace until the first week of January. I was refused an exchange since exchanges had to be done by December 28th. Customer service needs to improve.
