My family and I stayed there during our spring break. The hotel was very nice, easy check in. The front desk staff was super sweet. There was a couple dislikes about our stay. I requested a roll out bed and we never received it. When it came to housekeeping in order for us to have our towels replenished, we had to keep asking, and it took awhile to receive our towel sets. Being that the housekeepers were mostly Hispanic and they did not understand English well they kept messing up the towels. They kept giving us towels and hand towels, but no washcloths. Finally, I had to show them what I was needing. There was no hot tub and the pool was not heated. It wouldnt be a bad idea to at least accommodate the guest with one or the other. Little children were splashing water everywhere so we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool. Overall, our stay was pretty good. The breakfast was amazing so it made up for most of it
Rooms: The rooms were clean and nice. The only bad thing was the pillows were ready for the garbage. They were so flat that we tried to ball them up just to make them firm and it still didnt work. Even when we asked for firm pillows, they werent firm.
Walkability: When it came to shopping Pretty much everything was And walking distance.

Very nice hotel with great service, I have stayed there 5-6 times in the last two years. My only criticism is the room furnishings are a little outdated and the bed could use an update, comfort and wear wise. But I love the app check in and electronic key allowing you to arrive late and bypass desk. Steak house attached AND its close to many restaurants and retail shopping choices.
