Phone system is the worst and has been for quite a while. Put on hold then disconnected, more than once. Was told I would receive a call back, never happened. Shopping other banks.

Terrible... I've been going to this location for a while and I always have issues with the younger folks. Went in to add my spouse to my account, instead of them printing him off a card that day he told me one would be mailed. I called cc almost a month later and they told me a card request for him was never put in, CC even tried to call to ask the Gunbarrel location why they didn't print the card off while we were there but she did not get an answer. They are very lazy, you are hardly greeted, they all are always huddled up in the corner laughing and giggling.... I love the older teller.

Business hours are NOT correct and havent been for a while. Here it is Friday evening at 5:30 and I have raced across town to make it before 6:00 for this branch to be CLOSED. Its 2023 fix your business hours.

Rude service. Ooltewah location is the best. Rude service continues. They also discriminates there customers. Baraba and her associates need some customer service training and need to treat ALL their customers the same...... Current day. Sad editing a review from 2years ago and this location still have terrible service and employees. Not to count no kind of overdraft protection on the accounts. Rebecca has terrible customer service. Time to go to another bank. I'm closing all four of my accounts and business account.
