Where is Amber and Bridget?!? Things were just getting better like when I first moved here 8 1/2yrs yrs ago. The last 4-5 yrs, weve had come and go management and its been a rocky road. Just when it seems to be getting back on track with professional reliable management, theyre suddenly gone. I realize that things change and in a dwelling, the place where you live the change should be for the better. Especially, with the cost of living Skyrocketing, you cant lower rent. Though, keeping the property manicured like it once was (clean around the dumpsters, trash picked up thats been blown all over your back patio, takes days to get maintenance to respond to a call when theyve said they were coming. Office staff not following up on particular situations in a timely manner. Weatherly Ridge is a NICE place to live, and CAN get back on track, with mature working adults who are knowledgeable about their jobs and want to do it well. The work positions here are customer service positions. Your customers (tenants) respond to good customer service skills. The wheel is in your hands. It starts with you all working well together, respecting each other carrying your responsibilities and assisting each other. Its been done before and can continue to succeed. There are still good people here working. Its Pedcore that has to step up and find good management and explain to ones whove been here that new management may change some things & the goal should be to work with them and they with you. Anyone seeing this review, do know that Weatherly Ridge is a nice place to live.

Weather Ridge is a great place to live! I've lived here for 13years and throughout the years we've had several management. Yet now we have the best ever and her name is Mis.Amber Pillar! The best yet, she's very kind and caring! We have a assistant and her name is Mis Bridget, she's super cool! Great staff! Come check us out!!

They lack communication. I went in and applied for a 3 bedroom in early February and the lady said they would know something by Wednesday, so I waited till the following Monday to and I was told told they had a lot of applicants and it was taking a little longer. We are now almost in the end of March and the apartment is supposed to be ready in April. Every time I call there is an excuse. I feel they have multiple ppl applying for one apartment. Tell people the truth and dont have them wasting time when yall already know if the person got the apartment or not. Communication is everything.

Ive been living here since 2023 - my experience here has been good for sure - AMBER is literally amazing - any questions Ive had she has always answered - any issues that maintenance needed to fix they were at my unit in no time - I stay in the back of the complex so things are more quiet back here then the coming and going traffic in the front - things are clean on property for sure . BIG S/O to Amber for being her & making sure things are running as smooth as possible!

Too all who must know. I have lived in Weatherly for almost 5 years. My experience has been interesting through the changing 4 managers. The beginning and ending managers have been personable but professional. I have enjoyed my stay. These outstanding women work hard to please, maintain, offer assistance without compromise, helpful, encouraging, and hopeful about things not in their control. Mrs. Amber, Ending Manager To see her, you would think about young girl on a big wheel. She has a personality that is misunderstood. She is straight forward, fair business minded but friendly. Learning and accepting people for who they are and the way they wish to be treated is a strong point. It is not easy to do a job you love, at the end of the day, Mrs. Amber gets ready for the next day. To meet her, it is nice with business ethics conversation. To know her, you can understand the determination to do a good job. This means, if you are woman and you are in a professional role, you can be assured you will be persecuted No Matter What you do. She shows she can handle herself and the job she loves. Hats off to you Mrs Amber.
