Never enjoy doing this to a business but, just dont.. Take it from someone who has lived in nice complexes before, this is far from a Luxury Complex.. Ive unfortunately lived here for two years with my fianc and we cant wait until the day that our lease is up.. To be fair, even though all of the staff just quit, they did try to make this place better and they were very nice people, especially Rick the maintenance guy; however, the residents of this place are the big issue. Weve had our cars hit and ran in the parking lot 3 times each costing us thousands in repairs. The community has very little security cameras on the property, so the lawless residents that seem to inhabit this place do whatever they want without any repercussions. I really recommend to the management to add security systems throughout the entirety of the property as there are frequent gun shots in the parking lot as one prime example, and the icing on the cake is someone was murdered here last summer and I would not be surprised if that becomes a trend due to lack of security presence/enforcement. Good luck using amenities because none of them are ever in working condition, and if they do work (grill/fireplace) they are disgusting. The upkeep of this place is horrendous and quite frankly I dont think a single person who values their living space and basic societal manners should even consider moving here, you will be miserable. Paper thin ceilings and frequent all night parties from many residents. Heed my warning and please look elsewhere.

Please do your research and keep a solid paper trail when considering this complex. I applied, paid all fees, submitted my deposit, and selected a move in date. After an unfortunate wreck i asked if i would be able to change the move in date or hold the unit. Ashleigh stated that isnt possible but they could reinstate my application at a later date. I called to have my application reinstated and Ashleigh said she reinstated so i picked the 27th to move in. Two days prior i received a welcome letter with a prorated rent amount of over $1800 ( for the remaining 4 days in a month) and the rent special would be applied for February. I gave Ashleigh a phone call and asked about the rent amount, she stated she did not know the amount was for but she would fix it and send back. After a few phone calls with Ashleigh and property manager Claudia, i received 2 more welcome letters with different information . I specifically asked Claudia to send over the lease and she stated she would in 10 minutes. The lease was never sent at all! At 1:26 am on move in day, i received a text and email about finishing my application. Ultimately they took my app, admin, and deposit fees, attempted to add an additional $1500, and then never sent me the lease. 0/10 experience, wouldnt recommend.
