The Saxony

Zach - We need to remind you again that you live at the adjacent property not at The Saxony Apartments. We are not associated with that community in any way except proximity and never have been. Other residents of your apartment community have reported to us that they were told otherwise. We like our neighbors, but Schatten Properties built The Saxony in 1994 and has maintained ownership and management since then. We have no plans on that changing. We have never had the same management/owners or shared amenities with your current community. Now to the issue of snow removal - Actually our team has worked very hard to clear and salt The Saxony. Our Corporate Project Manager visited all our Nashville communities after the snowstorm, prior to your review, and praised The Saxony management and team for having one of the most cleared communities in our portfolio. Our residents have stopped the staff numerous times over the last several days and thanked them for the hours put in for snow/ice removal. This feedback is incorrect and hurtful to our team who put in lots of hard work and overtime after the snow. We suggest you contact your property management company to address this issue. Thank you.
