Pool was run down, Jacuzzi looked really dirty. Room could have been better wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast food was cold and I was there early in the morning. Employees were polite. No one picked up trash after we had stayed there one night. No table in the room to eat at.

2nd time staying at this convenient location. Room was clean and great value compared to nearby hotels.
Rosie at the front desk was great, friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend.
Safety: Safe area, I've never encountered any issues.
Walkability: Within walking distance to a few eating places.

Yikes...this hotel is a dive. Everything is dirty and there are many odd people hanging around. Small TVs with bad sound. Pool area looked toxic. Close proximity to Denny center was the only perk.

We just needed a cheap place to sleep, and read the reviews so we came with very low expectations. It was ironic that we had to sign something saying we wouldn't smoke, but immediately smelled cigarette smoke when we walked into our room. The smoke detector was missing so it's pretty obvious someone removed it because they were smoking. Curtains were dirty, lamp shade was dirty/damaged. The best part was when the shower head flew off when my husband was taking a shower. I guess you get what you pay for... (the other decent hotels nearby were almost triple the price). The front desk attendant was friendly. It was about what we expected but thankfully we only had to be there for 9 hours.
