        Slowest drive thru. We should not have to wait 25 mins to make a deposit at the drive thru.

        I came in to report fraud on my account. Kristine boutique was beyond rude and met me with the most hard headed customer service Ive ever seen. This person should not be allowed to contact guests that come into the branch. Unfortunately bad things happen in the world and when you walk into your bank to get some resolve the banker should not meet you with this much attitude. The banker should be assuring you that everything will be taken care of. Kristine would only tell me how busy she was and that she would not let me talk to her in any sort of way. I am very calm person and I do not raise my voice. This lady was so far out of bounds. Its obvious to me she had to want to help the customer. She wanted to pull her power card to a customer. The bankers work for us not the other way around. I wish this world would provide customers with good service. We have so much negative in the world when you walk into a bank it should be positive.
