U.S. Bank Branch

Cosed on Saturday is unacceptable. The credit union is open regular hours. I already quit this bank but I have to use it sometimes.

5 stars for the staff and us bank, in general. However, the credit cards are AWFUL! I have had nothing but problem after problem with their credit cards. This last problem I called about today is the last straw. I will never do any loan or credit card business with us bank again. And may even consider moving my money to another bank that is more loan/credit card friendly in the future. If you are a small business, especially beware. The small business credit cards are even worse. Take your business elsewhere if you need loans or credit cards for your business. I have been with US bank for many years and have loved them, but in the last few years I have signed up for credit cards and it has been an eternal nightmare. I get one problem fixed and then another one is created. I didnt use one card for a year, decided to use it again and no surprise, another problem! US bank representatives explanation is always that the business cards and accounts are different.
