      image If you're looking for a bank for whatever your business or personal needs may be, I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere. Your assets will not be protected and this institution does not have your best interest. US Bank will make unauthorized transactions on your account. They will make you wait months for contact information on a resolution to unauthorized transactions. You will be told to contact 24 hour banking and different 1800 numbers for resolutions, hoping for answers only to be told you've contacted the wrong department. They will humiliate you. They will physically and mentally drain you. There is no back office. It is phrase they use to lead you on. They want to damage your credit and your assets. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! Protect yourself. If I could give no stars, I would as they don't deserve one star.
