        We rented a van and I stated clearly that we would drop it at a location where we were moving to. After we finished we returned the truck, clean, with gas at a nearby U-Haul station. Then these people start charging my 81 year old Mother $257, $134 and $44 in addition to the initial $90 for a one way in town truck!! They are making excuses and being incredibly rude to my Mom who, actually, is being robbed. Theres no damages, I stated clearly we would drop off in the new location and there were no damages or anything to cause these fees!! The rude employees must be thinking they can pocket that money or something. Exploiting an elderly lady is pretty low. Dont come here! They steal.

        Even with the system down that day. The team communicated and got me set up . They need updated Uhaul systems

        The truck wasn't maintenance regularly, check engine came on it needs a wash, and high mileage 143000 for moving international. It's risky for customers to be on the road for high mileage vehicles.

        Just got our truck. Very helpful fast and easy. Will update when e get to Texas. When back in TX. Only thing is the truck seats for an almost new truck they aren't very cushionie, take a pillow. Yes that's my only complaint!
