Mr. Rooter has been an excellent Plumbing service to work with for the repairs on my home. I have been working Dallas Whitmire as the plumber sent out by Mr. Rooter, and I would recommend him to anyone. He has been nothing but courteous and professional and he and Mr. Rooter are who I will be calling for any plumbing issues in the future. If you need plumbing work done Mr. Rooter does not disappoint.

Dallas from Mr. Rooter discovered a water leak in the pipe running from the water meter to my home under my front yard while installing the shower and faucets to finish my bathroom remodeling. He alerted me immediately and helped put me in contact with American Leak Detection. The leak was located and repaired with minimal disruption to my yard with the aid of a tunnel boring service. I will reiterate that I have been extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of work Mr. Rooter has performed whenever I have needed them. Again, if you need plumbing work done Mr. Rooter does not disappoint. I highly recommend using this service! Skyler was assigned to inspect our lines to detect any issues that could have caused a backup of our system. I was sent a photo to know who to expect at my door prior to arrival which was definitely appreciated. When he arrived, he explained what he would be looking for and how, and the pricing each service would entail if needed. After inspection, he spent time explaining the plumbing system in our home in detail, in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the work that he performed. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and give advice to avoid further issues.
