I had Rooterman Plumbing come out and install a pressure reducing valve and the first guy didn't install it correctly so I called and asked them if they could fix it correctly because i noticed the water pressure is different upstairs than downstairs and they kept on saying he installed it the correct way... I had to call another plumbing company (shout out to PIPEDEX PLUMING) who called them directly and told them it is not installed correctly and finally then did the owner agree to fix the issue... I just don't want anyone to go through the same headache as I did. Important to read all of the reviews lol!

My main sewer line was blocked. Was given a quote of around $500 for 2 hours of jetting. The attempt was unsuccessful, with the plumber believing the issue was on Spartanburg Water's end. Plumber offered to snake a tracker/camera to pinpoint blockage and my sewer line travel.... at an additional cost of $400, to which I declined. Coincidentally, Spartanburg Water showed up to clean out the sewer main to which my line taps into. Plumber offered to jet my sewer line again... if I pay him again. Seeing as I was billed for 2 hours of work and it wasn't remotely close to two hours, I felt it better at this point to just cut my loss and pay someone else. Fortunately, I had much better results with One Call Plumbing, for which I have also left a review. They came out and successfully jetted my line. Then ran a camera to check on the results. Used the camera to identify areas such as tree roots and thoroughly ran the jetter back and forth in those areas. Then finished it off with some root kill. All said, my total for a successful jet, camera, and root kill package from One Call Plumbing would have been $200 less than my Rooterman Plumbing's bill of $500 for "TWO" hours of jetting, unsuccessfully at that, and their $400 camera option, had I taken up the offer.

Nathen saved the day!!!! He was so proffesional went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. He came in on a Monday checked everything out and go it all fixed on Tuesday. The company was great to work with and flexible with our schedule. Thank you all and most of all thank you Nathen.
