        The only reason Im giving a 1star is due to them recommending a poor quality sub contractor to us to use due to their workers being out with Covid (ADW plumbing). We spent well over $2000 for all new plumbing pipe work just to have to redo it within a year later. As I stated on their website if it was to hard or you didnt want to do then dont! But dont take people hard earn money.

      We are sorry that happened. As you mentioned, we are honest with our customers if we can or cannot perform work. Unfortunately, we cannot control how another contractor performs their work. We will communicate with this contractor about your displeasure to work with them in the future. We also hope that you were communicated properly by the replacement contractor that had redone your work. We do suggest that you get at least three estimates prior to doing any type of work.
