Really bad experience with the sales desk trying to check on our block. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told 9 months ago they had our information for a block for our wedding and when its a month out and guests try to book we find out they dont. There is different staff from when we booked and the lady is rude. We are going with another hotel now.

I have stayed at this location a number of times, and it has always been great. But tonight I checked in with my fiancee, as we were getting settled in making ours comfortable for our stay. Someone entered our room, and we all yelled the lady who we did not see closed the door swiftly, we immediately called the front desk to make them aware of the situation, someone came up to the room from the front desk we explained to them what happened again, we were asked if we would like to change rooms and which we agreed to because we felt that would be the safest thing after our privacy was violated. We asked what was going to take place because this was unexpecteable and a big inconvenience. We were told that we would have to wait on management before they gave us an explanation on why and what happened. The front desk guy was really nice and did all he could do to help out with the situation. I can not believe this happened disappointed at a all time high.
