        One night, stay was overpriced, apparently because of an event nearby. The elevator door was a bit noisy as it opened and closed, as was the HVAC in the room during the night. Parking is limited due to construction items taking up parking spaces. Express breakfast was expectantly decent. Typical okay HI Express otherwise and convenient to our event location. Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms were very clean!

        I wish I had known that this hotel was going through renovations/construction before I booked my stay. My room was right next to the door where the workers came in and out banging the door constantly! The fire alarm went off seven times during my stay and one was in the middle of the night which was scary, but yet annoying. When I asked the employee was there actually a fire she said she was going upstairs to see and I didnt see her come back down. One of the construction workers came downstairs to inquire about the alarm to see if they set it off, but eventually the alarm shut off. The shower floor appeared to have had some renovations and was painted as well causing me to use shower shoes (which I wouldve anyway), but the bottom of my shoes were white. This stay wasnt a great experience, but the hotel was close to my family and in the area I wanted to be in.

      Dear Curtis FormyDuval,I do apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay with us. However, you checked in at 5am Friday morning and check out is at 11am. You did check out of the room between 4-5:30pm that evening, in this case we would have to charge for 2 nights. After looking over both of the reservations you had with us, you were only charged for the one night on both of the reservations you had.
