        Terrible attitude and customer service given over the phone. Michael has 0 interest in being helpful and actually sighed audibly twice on a 1 minute phone call. He was unable to cross a battery so I checked the website a few minutes after getting off the phone, got a hit, and it shows in stock at their store. Don't waste your time calling, their staff doesn't know their own product and are too lazy to exert any effort in their job.
