Dorian and Tristan did a thorough job inspecting my drains, toilets, sinks and tankless water heater. They shared their findings and gave me estimates for repair or to bring the equipment to a level of higher functioning. I will consider my options and follow up with them. I appreciated the effort to ensure better plumbing in my home.

Called them on 11-15-22 about my leaking water tank. It has been leaking for a while but i knew it was reaching the end so I started searching for a trustworthy plumber based on ratings and reviews. The name of this business caught my attention so i gave them a call. Receptionist was friendly and responsive, she told me someone would be out to my house by 12. The duo ,man/woman, arrived on time which was good. They went straight to the water heater and told me basically what i knew, tank was beyond repair and had to be replaced immediately. They quoted me at $3300. Initially he said $2800 but then he mentioned that my piping and pvc was not up to code. He also said that this was the price whether the job took an hour or 4 hours. I swallowed to myself but showed no emotion. Then i told him that would be hard for me to do right then. He mentioned that they had a financing program and the receptionist would take my info once i called her and then once approved they could start install tomorrow. I told him i needed to talk to my wife first then i would give them a call. There was no service charge so that was good. Once they left i got on the phone with a friend , we went to Lowes bought a open box water heater, the accessories, loaded it up on my truck in the rain and went home and installed. The install took about 3 more trips to Lowes because i didnt measure the inlet hose correctly. The whole install set me back for $800 4 hours, and thats with me giving him $200 for helping me. 40 gallon gas open box water heater $500. Whew!! I was almost taken for a rough ride. In the End Though Im not going to bash them though, if I would have made a fast, rash decision then i would have been out of so least $3300. Service: Water heater repair

They came and did the work, so that's better than a few of the other plumbers in the area. They were kind and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately they charged an outrageous amount and my insurance stuck me with the bill. They also left a mess that I cleaned up when inspecting the job, leaving old pipes and standing water in my crawlspace. Would I use them again? Probably not. Did they do the job? Yes. Was the pricing reasonable? Nope, that's probably why they were available.
