If you're anything like me and scourer the web for reviews and testimonials for services, especially home specific, take the time to read this review as it's worth your time. We just purchased our first home, built by Ryan Homes in 2014. The 50 gallon tank is the original that came with the home when it was built. Seeing as we should be proactive about the home and not reactive, we called about 6 plumbers and inquired quotes and knowhow before making our decision. We narrowed this down by budget, devices, experience and most of all, honesty. After speaking both on the phone and in person, the Integrity team met all of our needs, answered all of our questions and helped us budget with what we needed per our own lifestyle the best hands down. It was easiest quote and visit we've ever had and would gladly do it again in a heartbeat. Josh and Hayden (forgive me if I've misspelt haha) came out and promptly went to work for us installing a new 50 gallon water heater on our 3rd floor no less. They both had all the answers to our questions and worked cleanly and effectively almost as if this was something could do with their eyes closed. Some age related issues arose and without any question or additional fees, handled it with the upmost caution and care like they were in their own house. Hands down, I must applaud Integrity Plumbing of the Upstate and their workers. Truly a pleasure as I've never had a service company out and actually smiled as much as my wife and I did now that our water works and is nice and hot. It is rare you hire a service that put so much effort into their craft. I reiterate, if ever there was a company that you could trust before even meeting, and one that will leave your home in better shape than it was BEFORE they came out, it is Integrity Plumbing. I was at work when my parents called; their waste water was going nowhere. The symptoms pointed to the main drain line. We initially got another service that tried to help us, but my parents had no visible cleanout (older mobile home) and the service couldn't locate the line, due to the many tree roots in the area and no line camera; so they finally left. We called around some more and ended up with Integrity Plumbing. Nick came out. After a careful inspection (in a tight crawlspace) he tried clearing the clog by lifting a toilet and running a cleaning snake but determined the obstruction was too far down the line, so he located the main drain outside, dug up a short section of line, installed a cleanout, cleared the obstruction (a ball of fine roots), and camera inspected the line all the way to the tap in the street. At each step Nick explained what he was going to do along with the cost, and made sure he had our approval. The work was not cheap; it was professional and done right the first time. Integrity Plumbing did us right--very pleased with the company and Nick's expertize.

Overall 5 star experience for installation of 50gal Bradford White gas water heater! Make sure you get a quote from integrity as they are extremely professional and provide outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to call for all my plumbing needs.

Leak in our basement, and Integrity Plumbing provided same day service, identified the problem, and fixed it immediately, for a very reasonable charge. Thank you to Josh for outstanding service, and the entire Integrity team for going above and beyond! Highly RECOMMEND!

From the very outset this Company 100 percent lived of to hits name. They were very open to communication thye followed up with us we did not have to continually reach out to them with no reply back. They came in gave us a outstanding quote after clearly diagnosing the the problem. The quote was 3x's less than what we were quoted by a company we had been using and though we hade developed a long lasting business relation ship with, but turn out not to be the case. This other company cam in and gave us multiple quotes for issues not related to what we were asking for. Integrity did exactly what we were expecting and definitely looking to do business again.
